The mission of MERDCI’s Information and Communication Technologies (IT/ICT) Group is to offer consulting services in the area of IT and ICT. As these technologies merge, there will be greater demand for consulting and engineering services in these areas. In addition, security-related issues will gain significant importance over the next few years particularly as it applies to access to private networks and private information data bases.
The IT/ICT Group’s current area of focus is to conduct market research and analysis for needs and opportunities in the area of IT/ICT in Iran and in the region. This is a sponsored study, as are most activities in MERDCI’s application Groups.
